Default Options Trading dated March 11,2008

Hi Guys,

Starting a new thread for today to discuss options trading ideas...
Why cant we do this on a daily basis in this format..
Its much better for tracking on a daily basis...

Initiating discussion for RNRL...
the chart is attached.... my opinion is its getting ready for a major downtrend

The point is that even I m a learner... This is place to discuss and not criticize... I feel this would go down... Now the interest rate cut from fed is playing out... After that the results season write off factor will kick in... On thursday jobless claim data will be out... RNRL has not taken part in last two weeks down fall.. It broke below 200 day EMA just 2 days back.... Lot of people had built long positions around 115... Now any bad news brings it below 95 and makes it stay for 1 or 2 days will force all those long positions to wind off... This is my thought on this...

Your suggestions are welcome.

IF you check the charts RNRL has never closed below 200 day EMA i.e. even during jan crash....
