Dear Nitinku,

If Nifty crosses 5400 by march 14th with good volumes then hold else exit 5500 Nifty call.

To learn it better to do paper trading as stated in initial pages of this thread.

Dear Vicky,

TVS motors technicals say nothing so keep away from it. You can however, buy SAIL at money put.

yesterday nifty closed at 4864. nifty put at 4700 was at 150.30. but my icici direct the price was displayed at 143.50?????......how can this happen????

Dear Nandu,

It seems a technical error. Contact icici direct customer help line.
Sometime the systems get updated late during sun outages.

Its not a technical snag . The last traded price at 4:15 for the Put is 143.05. 150.3 is the settlementPrice (adjusted closing price )

Why are nifty call, puts not available below 4650 ?

I want to buy a nifty put for 4150. how to do that ?

Dear Friend,

Nifty options are not below 4650 because exchange feels the nifty will not go below the strike price of 4650 level. If exchange sees the pressure below 4650 level mark then, exchange will automatically come up with new strike prices.

Currently there seems a good support at 4600 nifty.
