You dont need to pay anything when you exercise. U will get Spot price , say 205 minus the strike price i.e. 150 into lot size i.e. 5900.
205-150*5900 = 55*5900=324500
Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stock - Call/Put-Strike Price - *Price - SL -Target
======================================
Nifty - Put - 5600 - 155 - 120 - 300
Idea - Put - 120 - 5.7 - 3.5 - 12
RCOM - Put - 700 - 39 - 28 - 90
SAIL - Put - 240 - 20 - 12 - 50
======================================
*Price is CMP. You can buy around this price. SL is Stop Loss
I am giving out-of-money calls and if these become in-money then you can hold them till expiry. Will suggest lotsize of equal quantity, say one lot.

I do not believe in hedging so suggesting SL.

I will track these on daily basis. Do let me know if these sound interesting to you.

Regards
Nifty 5600 PE bought at 140.40
RCom 700 PA opened at 28 the SL level hence position was not initiated. Is it a correct action....!!!???
IDEA 120 PA bot at 4.95
SAIL bot at 14
All are paper trades. The rates are the rates at which there were sellers. Just for your information the spread at present in SAIL option is : Buyers at 7.50 and sellers at 14, only two contracts have been traded today at an average of Rs.12.35

Dear Friends,

Its always wise not to buy when near SL. And if stock opens at SL it means reversal on cards, avoid trading on that opton.

Nifty is range bound so 5600 PE at 140.40 is a good bet, [volume is srinking slowly]. Idea technical shows its in bearish so you bought at correct price. Its always advisable to do paper trading first. Buy options only when one sees good no. of contracts. So, you are correct.

Lesser contracts means reversal expected in that contract. Avoid any positions till you see good volumes.

Regards

Dear friend,

Today market has moved quite a lot. If this uptrend remains for another 5 days then, it will be a good sign for option traders.

Thumbs up Re: Option Buy Recomendations

Dear Friends,

I have observed one trend, which I am sharing here. If Nifty opens gap up and remains up by 15 pts atleast at 10:30 AM, then expect a up trend that day till 2:30 PM atleast. Check the trend at 3:00 PM if Nifty is up and remains up by 15 pts till 3:15 PM then, expect market to open gap up next day. Otherwise its a gap down.

I personally observed above and found it okay most of the time. Above doesn't hold good if there is some news.

Regards
