Options - Exercise doubt

Hi Friends,

I bought bajhind call option for strike price 205 @6Rs. ( 1 lot is 1950)

Now it is very much down @2Rs. Please let me know how exercise works in

options. Any have i am at loosing end. Will exercise option will be helpful

in my case. Can i convert into stocks and buy ?
