Advice to new option trader

Hi All,

I have been following market for sometime. I have traded in Option once or twice but lost my money both time so decided to come you all senior ppl for advice /suggestion.

What all are things i should be taking care before getting into Option trading?
Do i need to follow any strategy to trade in option market?
