This must have been surely asked before:

Where should I go to locate charts, graphs and trendlines for Futures and Options? Is there a paid service?

any charting software will provide you with charts, provided you feed them (with data)

Thanks, but the data, has to be manual? Is there a data source for current or historic Futures and Options?

Or is there a programatic way to access F&O pricing on ICICI or Sharekhan?

There are many authorised/unauthorised data provider vendors and they provide both current as well as historical data, for some price. If you want only eod data then look at NSE website, where you get it for free. Google for more details.

1. You can signup with a broker, research on the relevant threads on TJ.
They give live data, historical data and a good platform, can be NEST or Proprietary.
Note: The limit to historical data varies greatly among different Brokers.

2. If you really want cutting edge technology stuff:
Then go to the tech section where various 3rd party (paid) softwares are available.
Eg: metastock, Amibroker, NT etc

3. For reliable and optimal results, you need to subscribe to 3rd party data feeds and use the s/w's from point 2.
You will get tick-by-tick historical data for back-testing.
