Please Review the Portfolio

Hello Friends,
I am new to Mutual fund
I have invested(SIP of 1500) in HDFC TOP 200 since 1 year(as per my friend suggestion)

I am planning to invest from this year additional 2000 as SIP.
I am planning to go for
Birla Sun Life Top 100 Fund (G) (50% i.e Rs.1000)
Fidelity Equity Fund (G) (50% i.e Rs.1000)

please give me your valuable opinion on my choice of fund Or else suggest me a better fund to invest.

I am ready to invest for next 5 years.

Thanks

BSL Top 100 and Fidelity Equity fund are both Large cap funds, like Hdfc top 200.

Considering your medium term horizon, i suggest you to invest in a fund like hdfc prudence balanced fund.

Thanks for the suggestion.
Is it a good idea to invest under the same AMC as I already have HDFC Top 200.

you can go for hdfc prudence fund itself. Its most rated in the balanced segment.
And later when you are looking for more investment, you should better go for another AMC. As that will add to the diversification

Which is better among the two HDFC Balanced Fund (G) or HDFC Prudence Fund (G)

You should take a call on this.
Both the funds are are of the same type, from the same family, etc.

Total asset size is much larger for prudence , obviously it was launched earlier.
Recent performance is better for prudence.

My personal favorite will be hdfc prudence.

Thanks for the reply. I am planning to go for HDFC prudence.....
I have one question.
Is there any difference(transaction charge or something) in Investing online through https://hdfcfund.com or investing offline
