I started investing in MF in 2008 and have close to 5 lacs investment in various funds. I want to consolidate and have only 4 or 5 funds maximum in my portfolio. I am looking for long term investment say about 10 years, could be more (mostly focused on retirement).
1) Can you please review the funds and see if they are good choices.
2) Want to trim the portfolio, hence I am looking forward for some advice in removing few of these funds especially if they are overlapping.
1) HDFC Prudence
2) HDFC Top 200
3) DSP Equity (stopped SIP) and started in DSP TOP 100
4) Reliance Regular Saving Equity
5) SUNDARAM Tax Saver
6) IDFC Sterling Small & Mid Cap
7) ICICI Pru Discovery
8) Fidelity Tax Advantage
9) Reliance MIP
10) HDFC MIP
