STP from IDFC SSI-st to IDFC premier equity fund

I am not too sure whether this is possible or not or whether this is the correct way to do this.

I intend to make a lump sum investment in IDFC super saver income -short term fund & set up a STP to IDFC premier equity fund.Is this possible & is this the right way to go about it.

Also, will there be an exit load on STP & any tax implications on investing in liquid fund.
