you can buy mutual fund on any business day and sell it. However, not on same day as NAVs are calculated at the end of business day.

Also, there are exit loads and tax implications that you need to be aware of.

Yes. Open-ended funds work almost like a Bank Account. You can invest on any working day in any scheme you want to & you can take back the investments in part or in full on any working day from most of the schemes within 72 hours – by cheque.
