Exit load period for SIP

In MF scheme exit load is charged if we exit the scheme (normally 1% & period is 365 days).If we go for SIP on monthly basis for 12 months, how exit period will be considered? from the starting date of SIP or from the end of SIP installments? Pl. anybody guide.Thanks.

As far as loads are concerned, each SIP month will be considered individually rather than combine all.
Ex.
05-Jan-2010 sip units will become load free around 05-Jan-2011.
05-feb-2010 sip units will become load free around 05-feb-2011.
and so on....

FIFO method is used.

so if you were alloted 50 units in Jan 2010 sip, 30 units in feb 2010 and you redeem 80 units on 25-jan-2011, you'll be charged an exit load for the 30 units that did not complete 365 days.
