i need guidance from all. I have withdrawn major of my investments from mutual funds and will invest again some time after when the market will decline. Now i want to invest this money for now. Where should i invest for capital protection ? Are MIPs are the right choice ?

You can invest in MIP's or short term debt funds or even bank FD's.

One question, How do you determined that market is going to decline? For past 6 months, markets are so volatile that even best of the traders had to reverse their long / short positions frequently. My advice would be to forget timing market and start SIP with your money. It may happen that while you are waiting for market to correct, it keeps going up and you lose investment advantage.
