SIP Question

Hey,

I have a simple question about SIP. Lets say i invested in SIP from Jan 2009 to Dec 2009. If i want to exit, do i need to pay the exit load, since my last payment for SIP was on DEC2009??

Do i need to wait until DEC 2010 to avoid exit load??
