Beginner for Mutual fund investment

I am beginning to invest in Mutual funds and it would be my first Investment.Kindly guide me with how much amount shall I invest to start with.
I am aiming to invest in
ELSS-SBI Magnum
Balanced Funds
Exchange Traded Funds

How much shall I distribute in each of these categories and which is the best one to go for in each category
