Selection of Sector funds & adv. for Existing portfolio

I already invested about 2L in the following funds.

Reliance Growth (G)
Reliance Regular saving fund (G)
HDFC 200 (G)
ICICI Infrastucture (G)
SBI Contra (G)
DSB TIGER (G)

Now I want to invest in one or two sector fund like Banking and Power
Advise will be welcome to select

Time period from 3 to 5 yr

Investment will be 5L to 7L ( thinking equel distribution) in all funds approx. 1L each.

Any Sugestion of Change in Existing fund will also be welcome.

I have very limited knowledge about mutual fund. Existing potfolio was also pick up from this forum advice.
