you can choose one of ELSS for tax saving purpose. All have 3 yr lock in period.
gud ones are
* Sundaram PNB Pribas Tax Saver
* SBI Magnum

As mrindia said, both Sundaram and SBI Magnum are good. I would suggest you invest in both these funds (2500 each). You can also consider Canara Robeco as it is doing very well, its been recently upgraded to 5 stars by Value Research.

Another point I want to make is dont go through an agent or distributor. Go directly to a CAMS office or the concerned mutual fund office and directly invest from there. It will save you an addition 2.25% on you investment (typically deducted from your investment). In your case that's an additional investment of 1350 for you if you go directly.
