Default Kotak Tax Saver

Hi, I planned to invest Rs.1000pm in KOTAK TAX SAVER through SIP. How it is performing now? I would like to invest for next three years. Or can i go for Principal Tax saver? Could anyone please advise me on this?

Hi,
I heard that Principal Tax saver is doing good now.If you look at the last 2-3 yrs returns it has faired pretty good.Recently, they have also declared a dividend of 800%.I'm nt asking you 2 concentrate on the dividend part alone. But if a fund house is able to declare a dividend of 800% then definitely the fund house is in a strong position.
It looks like they have two tax saver scheme. One is of high risk-high returns and another one is fairly less riskier wen compared to the other one.

Kotak is also a good fund.Probably you can also invest in tht.But kotak tax saver fund is less aggressive when compared to the principal.

Hi Nitin:

What you say is right. It's a prediction and one's own opinion.

But it gives more insight and collective inputs which would help a newbie like me with funds waiting for investment

Please post more inputs.
