Thumbs up Re: Best ELSS(Tax saving mutual funds)

Hi-Junta,
i went thru some recent posts and some posts of the past.
In all cases, i found that the parameters taken into account while selecting a fund are

Past performance,NAV, and others.

However, I do no agree on this...
While selecting any mutual fund, there are just 4 parameters which should be looked upon -

1. Expenses associated with the fund?

2 Riskiness of the fund - How risk averse it is?

3. Reputation of the fund manager?

4. Past performance of the fund.

These parameters are suggested by Warren Buffet's guru "Benjamin Graham".

i think these are enough to arrive on whether one should invest in a fund or not?

How far do you all agree with the above statement ?

What would be a more sensible situation when it comes to ELSS Funds

2 ELSS , 1 growth & 1 Dividend
2 ELSS , Both growth
2 ELSS, Both Dividend
or only one ELSS either growth or dividend ?

Thanks
Jeet
