How do I emulate Sharekhan Trade Tiger's MACD in MT?

#1
Trade tiger has macd 9,9,24 default values while meta trader has 12,26,9 default values.

Should I enter the values in meta trader as 9,24,9 (or 24,9,9) when I want to emulate Trade Tiger's default 9,9,24 macd?

While OT, why did Sharekhan have the values 9,9,24 as their default?

Normally standard naming convention should be macd(fast, slow, signal) in most of the system software, so macd(9, 24, 9).
You should show a picture of Trade Tiger's macd setup window here.
Most likely they purposely do it uniquely to differentiate their product.

Look at this thread on Stochastic on post #111
http://www.traderji.com/brokers-tra...rekhans-trade-tiger-2-feedback-thread-12.html
They do it differently 3,5, 3 instead of 5,3,3

Look at this thread about macd, Sharekhan like to reverse the standard naming convention
http://www.traderji.com/brokers-tra...hdfc-vs-kotak-vs-indiabulls-vs-5paise-69.html
so i can see that the way Sharekhan name the macd (signal, fast, slow) => macd(9, 9,24)

So reason of suspect that Sharekhan's reverse naming convention for stochastic(%D, %K, %K_smooth)

Sharekhan think that changing to 9,24, 9 is faster and better then 12,26,9.

9 sound like "nice".
24 sound like "to fall."

If you see they like to do thing reverse way, then imaging they more prefer to do shorting then longing. Becase they said "Nice Nice To Fall"

Thanks Kelvin for verifying that it is 9,24,9.

It's still different between Sharekhan and Meta trader with my preference for Sharekhan's version of MACD.

I multiplied the values by 10 (check in on a 10 minute chart) and 90,240,90 in Meta Trader is different from 90,90,240 in Sharekhan.
