how to change time frame in metatrader?

mt4 does not support 10 min TF.mt5 does .
Do right click -> preodicity and select timeframe.

you can use this mql after instaling in MT4 you can creatte 10 min charts. Atfer creating you must open menu with offline chart and there will be 10 min chart and when you open 10 min offline chart will be working normal as a real-time chart. Its period converter http://www.mql5.com/en/code/7673
