need program for pipgap

i need program to add my ea
buy taken at price 1.3600 with sl 2pips
after 10 pips come down again 2nd buy taken at 1.3500 with sl 2 pips
this 2nd position trigged sl
now third buy should take at 1.3500
means pipgap should be between pending open position and market price
