Hello traders.

new in market and learning technical analysis.
I was using amibroker on my freinds machines since last two months.and i dont feel it is comfortable as i am concentrating on Price actions using Pinbar setup.

Now i downloaded MT4 and planning for practicing my strategies on it.

Can some expert on MT4 give some light for newbies like me, where to start.

I want to start with EOD setups, i was using Hakija EOD tool for amibroker.
do we have any tool like this for EOD import into MT4.

may be these are noob questions, but not able find clear responses. Any newbie guide is much appreciated.

Thank You all.

MT4 is not designed in a way so that external data can be fed easily into it unlike AB so u have these options

1) chk out RAMDAS thread where he tried to get data from Google Finance and feed into MT4

2) chk out GCI MT4 demo where u get nifty+10 stock futures free datafeed with some spread diff.

3) chk out paid solution firstcharting.com

Sir, is ramdas sir utility giving real time data from google
yes, it is almost real time, max delay 2 sec. but u can not see more than 3/4 stocks at a time and sometime it hangs. so better to use josh1 utility to amibroker, it is quite smooth. you may also use rtgoogle.xlsm if u r having no NOW,TT,ODIN etc. google provides only nse cash witout volume. but as a free utility it is fine.
