MT4 to Metastock : Possible???

If yes!! Can anyone convert a MT4 code to Metastock or help me decode the MT4 code in plain english.. ie. when it is Buy Sell or Exits or Reverses and SL's.

I am also looking for such tools long time but nothing good found so far actually nothing like that exist till some one develop it
