Formula needed for futures position on basis of oi

DEAR EXPERTS,

Can anyone help me develop expert advisor for futures contract with color change in candles when change in Open interest and price happens and resultant is either long buildup, short buildup, long unwinding, or short covering.

i want in MS
What exactly i want is know the current open interest position of future contract with regard to net open position is on long side or short side.

I want to have color change in candle on daily basis, i.e if prices rise and oi also rise its sign of long build up,if prices fall with increase in oi its short buildup, and when prices fall and oi decline its long unwinding, and finally when prices rises and oi decline its short covering.

For all these four conditions change in candle is required.
