Default Hlp needed: Pivots in Metastock

Plz all gurus of Metastock Try to help me
I need to calculate two variabales using DAILY data but plot on INTRADAY charts
WHAT I MEAN IS THAT CHANGE IN PERIODICTY TO A LOWER LEVEL SHUD NOT CHANGE MY indicator
PIVOT POINT=YESTERDAYS(L+H+C)/3
PIVOT RANGE=YESTERDAYS H-L
Now i want to plot pivot pt +/- pivot range on todays intraday chart using yesterdays close, low & HIGH as horizontal line bands,
plz help me out

How do i export data from MS to Excel?

Display the desired chart and indicator in MetaStock.
Right-click on the indicator plot and choose Copy from the shortcut menu. Note that you could also copy the security's prices instead of the indicator (if desired).
Open (or switch to) your spreadsheet.
Position the cursor at the desired location within the spreadsheet.
Right-click on the cell and choose Paste Special from the shortcut menu.
Choose the Paste Link radio button and choose Csv from the list. Click OK. Csv stands for "comma separated values."
