I am new to using these softwares, and some links are older ones, I have tried them but they are of no use now. I need historical data of NSE till date, which I can use with METASTOCK. Please be kind enough to guide me.

Although not a direct way of getting Metstock data, I've been using a Free Software for the Indian Market called Investar Basic 2007. It has EOD data for NSE & BSE which is adjusted for splits, bonuses etc every day. Data updates seamlessly after 6:00 pm IST without the need to manually download any Bhavcopy. You can use its Metastock export feature to export data to Metastock format.
