Metastock Expert Advisor Help
Hai to all
I have purchesed the metastock and its pluggins recently . when i try run the john murphy pattern recognisation pluggins i could not get any results. it is giving the result as no securities found when i opened the reason for rejection i get the following message Security Name Reason for Rejection Location 3IINFOTECH Error in column A: An MSX DLL is reporting an internal error. i am interested in viewing 60 mins data and for this i have an expert advisor ie Metastock System Tester - MFST(60 MINS INTRADAY) by E. Labunsky.-ms70pr although i have installed it i could not see it in expert advisor and i could not get the 60 min chart so any one who has the solution pls leave the information Regards Pradeep

I am a swing trader. I am working in an office, so I cannot keep watch of the market like a daily trader. a) I have Metastock, given by a friend (I use it only offline) I have historical data in Metastock format from 01/01/1995 to 03/03/2006. b) I downloaded and converted the bhavcopies using 'Data Extracter' from April 2006 to this day. c) But when I opened it in Metastock I am getting the chart of only the first day, that is 04/03/2006 (though I have mentioned the start date and last date as 03/03/2006 to 10/06/2007 during convertion in (Data Extracter). Even I have used metastock downloader for convertion the result was same. a) Why is this so? b) what mistake I might have done? Please anybody advice me how to convert bhavcopy of nearly one year (historical) data into Metastock format and merge it with the original NSE data using either Sathya's data extractor or Metastock's downloader.
