Metastock

I have a software Metastock 8.0. But i have no idea from where i can get data daily. Please help me to make a connectivity of database and from how can i get database and connect it to meta stock.

Is is possible then please guide me to use metastock software. If anybody know the procedure can also mail me the procedure at [email protected].

First of all---A warm welcome to this great forum--from me as well as from the behalf of other forum members---I use Metastock 9---but probably in metastock 8---too----there is probably the metastock downloader---which can convert an ASCII format EOD (End of Day) bhavcopy file(which can be downloaded from---www.nse-india.com---in .csv format) to metastock compatable format---I have made an utility---for converting the .csv file to---metastock excel format----download it from here---in the Software section---"My Metastock Excel EOD converter"----and then convrt it to the corresponding excel file and load it in MEtastock---see the help file---or the manual----There is another utility in the process of development---fromm Pankaj(pkjha) ---which will serve ur purpose---
