Price for Metastock Pro9.1

Can someone tell me what is the price for Metastock Pro9.1. I believe it comes in two versions --EOD version and Intraday(where we can do live charting of prices).Please tell me the prices of both these versions.
I would also like to know the annual charges for the dataservice(EOD and intraday) provided by the authorised vendor of metastock i.e Viratech.
