Tally MA crosses in MS

Hi, Thanks for viewing. I am trying to get MS to show me a total number of crosses per day with an option to include an extra day either side of the day I am interested in.
I have 20 average lines running across the chart.

Eg. I want to know if I can get MS to total how many lines cross over on a particular day.
Lets say on April 15, 7 crossed over. April 16, 3 April 17, 5 and April 18 2...I want to look at the 16th. Is it possible to get MS to tally the crosses for the 15th, 16th and 17th and show me the total? Then if I am interested in the 17th, it would use the 16th, 17th and the 18th.

A little complicated I know. I have been working on it for some time.

Is it possible someone here is up to the challenge? I am completely hairless and mindless at this point and hoping for some help.

r u talking about moving avg lines or any fixed lines?

think moving avg then split them into 4-5 parts like first 5 lines 1part and write formula for it.
then for the rest
then write a formula to combine this.
since metastock dont allow you to have morethan 20 variables in a single formula.

or simplest method is looping thru external dll. (pls dont ask me how to do that in dll if i know i could have explained it. )

as long as my point of view it s very time consuming and hectic process you have taken


better write a explorer for each and run explorer and filter the scrips much easier than this

the lines are moving lines, so one day is different from the next. There are 28 but of differing lengths so sometimes we get 6 cross overs sometimes none. I need MS to tally the days so I can see probable days with higher than usual crossovers.

Possible?
