How to search for stock that fluctuate within a certain range

Hi all,

I want to write a formula to search for stock with it's closing prices fluctuate within a 10% range for the last 30 trading days, (example. last 30 days all close between $10 - $11). If anyone can help with that, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
