How to write Metastock Program

Hi,
I am new to Metastock, and I know that I can use it to do some programming to find (explorer) the stocks I wanted. Is there a document or book teach us how to use the Metastock functions to program with examples ?

Can anyone provide me the formula to find stocks meet the following conditions.

1. The current close price (today) has the Peak & Trough Breakout compare to the passed 3/6/9 months.
2. The price is in upward trend. (e.g. 10 Mov has cross over the 20 Mov)
3. The Volumn is in upward trend.

If you can provide some explaination on how the formula work will be wonderful.

I followed the link and downloaded the RAR, but unable to open it with WINZIP and 7-Zip. The RAR seem to be not a valid one. If you can pass me another link or the manual itself, I will be appreciated. Thanks.
