Futures EOD data- Metastock

Hi ,
I download the Futures EOD data which has all the relevant inforamation in terms of high , low , volume etc along with and open interst for the the current and next 2 months from GetBhavcopy.
Can someone tell me how to plot this meaningly fully using Metastock .
I use Metastock for equity data , so basic clues in using plotting the future data would do to begin with,
