Metastock software with real-time NSE data?

I was inquiring a software vendor for Metastock software, and he tells me that there are several versions/types of Metastock software. Neither he nor me know exactly the type of software that can work with Indian kind of markets and data. So far from the postings at Traderji.com (and a ***** group called "mypaisa"), I understood that some people were able to use "End of Day data" version of Metastock. But what I am looking for is something that can work with the NSE-real-time data.

Has anyone here in the list used Metastock software with real-time NSE data (does it allow to be connected to the real time NSE link?). If you have, could you please let me know the exact version (8.0 vs. 9.1 etc; also Pro, FX etc).

contact viratechsoftware. you can get real time quotes compatible to Metastock software.

I would suggest you go for MetaStock QuoteCenter

You can then get realtime quotes for Indian stocks on BSE & NSE directly from Reuters.

Viretech real time quotes is not really geared for MetaStock as it refreshes the screen everytime a new tick is added which can be VERY frustrating as you have to pause the real time quote everytime you want to add an indicator, etc.

if you have a trading terminal at your location i can suggest u a realtime non refreshing data feed but presently it can be accessed by people haveing trading terminals like neat, odin or orion

This forum is not for u----U have ur own professional site----where u go for paid services as data providers---If u really want to help others---then--its better that u give all the suggestions here---U have said u can suggest many things many a times---but have actually not suggested it--STOP THIS SOPHISTICATED INDIRECT MARKETING-----

i am sorry if you have found my posts incomplete. But my dear freind until i do not know the exact requirements of the members how can i suggest the exact solution. I the last month i have given away demos of our software for all traderji members for them to satisfy thier needs. and for a certain case we are developing something customized for one kokatta member in options. If i am taking such steps to fulfill each members dream software or data am i wrong. What we take is penuts. But if you still feel it then i will to the best of my understanding provide the solution on the forum itself

Any method to see 2 hourly bars in metastock or any other charting package.

Dear Raminder, I am using Adget 7.6 and Metastock 9. I have ODIN Diet from 5Paisa.com. Can you help me in linking the data from ODIN to Adget and Metastock ? Thanks

HELLO ALL,
i believe this is the good old raminder of chartists cafe. however, this guy is extremely helpful as a seller. so if there is a ban on selling, fine. otherwise if there are members who can go for paid services with less hassles then its their choice. and if raminder makes a few bucks in between, why should we object. not all traders are software geeks and if they need help, somebody will be there to do it for a price. I would suggest a separate link in this forum where all software/data/advisory sellers should go to sell their products. if some body interested, let them go there. and please stop this indirect marketing. if you are selling something, please ask traderji and post your ads. i think he deserves them
