Red face Copying/Transferring Metastock charts

Hi there,

I've just made a change of data provider. The 2 sets of data are using different tickers & file directory. I've got quite a number of Metastock charts in the old folder. How can I make a switch from the old folder to the new one without re-creating the charts?

Does anyone has similar experience to share?
Thanks!

Kevin,
Open Downloader
Go to "TOOLS"
Click "COPY"
Now copy to the new folder

If your old data provider and the new data provider uses different symbols for the securities then do the above steps and continue

Go to "TOOLS"
Go to "Merge"

after this u will understand - match the symbols to be merged.
