In MS Exploration Data selection problem

Dear Friends :
I am facing real difficulty, when using the The Explorer. Here my data provider is giving me data in Different Directories ie . Folders . Such as A folder contains all securities starting wiht A, then B folder and so on for every alphabet.

In The Explorer. how do I select all the Folders containing Data. Pls. help urgently...
