metastock coding assistance required

Hi guys,
Could really use your help on some Metastock coding.

I want to know when the Intraday Momentum Index indicator in Metastock has turned up. Ie I want to find all stocks where the indicator value for this indicator has turned up.

and

A serach to find when the Parabolic SAR indicator has generated a long entry signal.

In the chart where you pointed out, it involves the price behavior as well. So in case you are able to define the price behavior conditions, I may be able to do something. So please post clearly. Regards

There is an inbuilt function in MS for momentum,you can play around with it.

Like this -

mo(data array,periods)

IMI is different from the normal Momentum indicator It's from the Tushar Chande stable I don't know if it's in-built in MS though.

Generically, 'turn-up' would mean

Yesterday's value < day before yesterday's value AND Today's value > yesterday's value

But this would also catch the small wiggles on the way down.

IMI is there... but is not so much confirming,,,a it sounds,,, and as it is propaganded
