plz help me regarding metastock 10

hello everyone!

I have metastock v10. but i dont know to work with this software. i m from delhi (india) and want to download BSE & NSE scripts. right now metastock is downloading international scripts. plz help me out. tell me step by step procedure to work forward.

i download that eod downloader from this site. that can download the data but that file is not converted by metastock downloader. more over my metastock 10 is working in international forex. how can i convert my metastock 10 in indain bse and nse. plz help me out
