Weekly formula required

Dear viewers ,
I want a formula to calculate the lowest value of LOW after the scrip makes 52wk HIGH .
EX. TATASTEEL made a 52WK HIGH OF 1048 on week ending OCT 26 ,2007 . Please help me with a formula to calculate the lowest LOW after this date .
(I tried this formula :
1)Lowestsince(1,HHV(H,52),L) . But it returns with the low of last date i.e. 598 on week ending AUG14,2008 .
2)Lowestsince(1,HHV(H,52),LLV(L,52)) . But it returns with the low of 52wk LOW i.e 527.5 on week ending AUG17,2007 .
A view at the charts shows low of 538 on week ending JAN 25 , 2008 after the 52wk HI of 1048 . PLEASE HELP .
