help with starting metastock 9

hi

am a new user here please help me start metastock

....... an error occured as i was installing a version available on net with the code generater the version 9.0 pro, the error states error data server initialisation ............. dbc data manager (WINROS.EXE)could not be found...... AND IT DOES NOT OPEN CAN U HELP ME WITH THIS .......
