On Balance Volume Indicator In MetaStock 9

I am trying to view the indicator On Balance Volume,, just got a silly simple doubt, should I drag and drop the indicator on the price or volume?, because if i drop on volume metastock complains that I haven't got the relevant data to show the indicator, whereas I have got the volume in the security. Am I doing anything wrong,,, thanks in advance, have nice trading..!!

U can drop it on price or u can create a seperate wimdow to view it seperately,below the price-volume chart.....
