Pl go through and give me feed back if possible. QUICK METASTOCK INSIDER`S TIP Here`s how to ensure that securities appearing in your exploration report have actually traded in the last couple of days trading history. This tip will prevent MetaStock from accessing data from the past. In this way you won't get securities that are either suspended or that have simply not traded, appearing in the reports page of an exploration. It is quite simple to do... once you know how ;-) First, you will need to develop a custom indicator that checks for the current date. Secondly, you just place that indicator in the filter tab of all your explorations. The formula for the indicator is: DayOfMonth()=1 AND Month()=12 AND Year() = 2003 The astute reader may notice the need to change the indicator whenever conducting an exploration. This reflects the last day in your data history. Keeping this code up to date will ensure you filter out anything not traded on the last day. If you are not familiar ( as I am not) with MetaStock code, this MetaStock insider`s tip may appear confusing. Please contact Seniors for guidance.
