Try splitting it into 2. That is, create an indicator upto RSI(40), and call it, say,
RSIPk440.
Create another indicator, say, RSIPk464, as follows :
tx:=Fml("RSIPk440");
if(tx > rsi(41), tx, rsi(41));
if(tx > rsi(42), tx, rsi(42));
..............
..............
..............
if(tx > rsi(64), tx, rsi(64));
tx

Now, plot this indicator RSIPk464. It should work, well, hopefully.

I have finished developing the Peak Oscillator indicator in the MDK DLL. Drop me an e-mail at adheer@g mai l.com. [ remove spaces from the e-mail ]

The usage is simple :

ExtFml("APaiRes.CKPO", C, 8, 64);

Plots the Peak Oscillator using the RSI of closing values between 8 and 64 day ranges. APaiRes.DLL is the name of the DLL I created.

The attachment contains the MDK DLL.

Instructions :
1) Close MetaStock if running.
2) Unzip APaiRes.zip in your MetaStock\External Function DLLs directory. APaiRes.zip contains the APaiRes.dll MDK DLL.
3) Start MetaStock.
4) Create a new Indicator, lets call it CKPO.
5) In the Formula window, enter the following code

Code:
ExtFml("APaiRes.CKPO",C, 8, 64);
6) Now, you can plot the Cynthia Kase Peak Oscillator on any chart.

Details :

Parameter 1 : DataArray on which the RSI is to be calculated. e.g C, H, (O+H+L+C)/4 etc.
Parameter 2: The shorter RSI period. Should be between 6 and 99.
Parameter 3: The longer RSI period. Should be between 7 and 100 and greater than the shorter RSI period.

Do let me know if you have any questions.
