Question An how to question...

Dear forum readers and users , as you see this is my first post.
What i wanted to ask is how can i convert a excel sheet that contains dayly data to a metastock data with the downloader , i tryed many difrent ways but i couldnt get it.
And the best would be if some one could upload a sheet to shw me how im suposed to edit the sheet so i can use it.Thanks in advance and sorry for my english.



EDIT:and heres a sheet that represents what should i convert , if soeone could please format it to the rigth so i can see and upload it then , again thnx.

Use metastcok the downloader.
