Default Colour of Moving averages

Hi,

If i make a indicator like this............ Mov(C,3,E);Mov(C,13,E);Mov(C,39,E). How can i assign colours to each moving avg individually instead of changing the colour after i plot them.

Regards

Rahul

Well folks,
It can be done , but in a simple roundabout way. Just plot all the indicators you want ( in this case, moving averages ) on a chart and colour them differently. Then save the chart as a template. Then view other charts using this template.
Alternatively, draw all indicators. Press "Spacebar" to bring up the chart choice window ( "Choose a security). Then select "Options" and select "Use chart as template". This should solve your problem I believe.

Please inform thru your posta if this was of any help

I agree stoxtrend that it can be done like that. But I am sure there should be a way in which if i make an indicator with 3-4 MAs in it, that i can put the coulour in the formulae box too. your method is also correct. Just wanted to learn how to do it with a formulae.
