Hello Members ,
I watch metal prices very closely. Recent up trend in metal sector is certainly has fundamental basis. Looking at the recent correction in the Metal prices one can say that cautious sentiments ruling in the international markets. I strongly feel that the commodity prices follow the seasonal cycle, its the booming period for almost all economies. It seems many stocks indices, commodity prices ,Inflation are interdependent. Dont you all feel because of these prices (So high) economies are heated, increase in inflation, and which might invite rationing of DEMAND. Think about paying double the amount for traveling expenses in month-following the crude oil prices raising by 20% in past two months. As per the seasonal cycle its 3 quarter now prices on increasing trend. Be cautious in Q4 of metal season cycle. Coming to speculation on the prices. Copper and Silver prices looks weak and fragile in the short term (1-3 weeks period) . Copper -350 (June 15th) .Silver -17500 (June 15th) . Let me know your views. |
