Best Time to buy gold

Hi,

I am planning to buy Gold for long term investment point of view. Can anybody suggest the best time (in months) to buy gold considering that marriages are more in the current season in India where usually Gold prices are high?

Based on my research, it looks like usually from Mid March to Mid April and again from Mid -July to Mid -Sep, the price trend is lower. Can anybody confirm how much this information is correct?

I doubt now-a-days there's any good time to buy gold as the price just keeps on fluctuating even looking at the gold price in last 7 days here http://www.getgoldprice.com/india you can see a roller coaster. The best time to wait a drop buy then if it further falls keep on averaging.
