starting two weeks were bad but still November month ended in good profit due to last 7 days were great.
Lot size increase to 75 in NF seems good as even with 10 points one can get 750 Rs. per Lot
in next four month of the financial year 2015-16 wants to concentrate on NF

DEC 2015 to MARCH 2016 :
1. NF primary trading instrument
2. BNF if found good setup , as SL is tricky in it.
3. no nifty/banknifty options
4. no stock futures

2015 - 16 : some stats

October most range bound month in nifty :

tradable range greater than 80 points => only 5 days (20%)
intraday moves greater than 100 => only 1
intraday moves greater than 60 => only 8

in comparison april and september given good moves

April :

tradable range greater than 80 points => 16 days (85%)
intraday moves greater than 100 => 9
intraday moves greater than 60 => 32

September :

tradable range greater than 80 points => 16 days (80%)
intraday moves greater than 100 => 10
intraday moves greater than 60 => 29

That said, we also realized there is this small community of traders who are extremely talented and passionate. But, the biggest problem they face are:

Not enough trading capital. A client with Rs 1lk returns 10% in a month which is brilliant, but that is just Rs 10,000, which in today’s world, is not enough to survive trading full time (more than 90% of our traders have less than Rs 1lk in their account). To earn more, he starts over trading taking bigger risks, and eventually ends up making a loss. Most of the times before blossoming into a great trader, the career ends.

the last long trade I wanted to sell at 7615 , but it never came , missed selling at 7600 as I thought there will be short covering due to VWAP gap and reversal , and it will reach over 7600 again, but NF lost 30/40 points from top in the end.
