I am with 5paisa since last 3 years.. and Using their software TT 2005 in which they have done banned scripts. I don't want to argue to dp111 who looks like 5paisa guy to me & posting mesg with false ids...
My purpose of posting this issue are to make investors aware of their problems so that they cann't be cheated as we have been... Vivek

I have to say this truth though it is bitter 5paisa.com is not a straight operator. They care a pin for their customers profits, THEY DONT HELP when you need them.Poor service. when you make losses,if you complain,they may not even respond. ================================ GOOD BROKER-define has fast execution with low brokerage,helps daytraders to settle with decent price using autosquareup,avoids auctions at all costs,warns before any changes made to system,never blame internet for their serrver failures. extends help in automatic manner to their customers.has a easy operating trading platform.Never makes too much of a profit at the cost of their customers.---------------------------------------------------------- Now llok at all those points which are in bold 5paisa does not do any of those things. THEY MAKE MONEY AT THE COST OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. LOSSES ARE A GUARANTEE IF YOU DAYTRADE. THERE ARE VARIOUS TT5 VERSIONS AND their servers go off frequently forcing relogin. Charges look cheap BUT OVER A TIME PERIOD you need a CA to find out how much more they made profit than you made LOSSES. There are multiple charges. There are hidden things behind. and they never help their customers and in most cases I found if a novice daytrader enters a shortsell, chances are 99% he will be pushed to auction. 5paisa and helping their clints is 1000km away. they have created problems and i myself stuck with some shares that go nowhere. tHERE IS NO POINT IN PAYING A BROKERAGE ABOVE 0.03% for daytrading. ------------------------------- BIG WARNING ALL SHORT SELLERS GET OUT FROM 5PAISA IF U WANT TO SURVIVE. wHERE TO GO? go to indiabulls.com with autosquareup at 1500hrs-no chance of auction at all -------------------------------- Indiabulls trades are perfect in price.squareup occurs at 1505 to 1515 hrs There are others sharekhan.com, icicidirect.com(costliest broker in india at all times) Business with a small profit is fair.Business that prospers at the cost of its clients will see them running away sooner or later. rvlv

u said more than 1500 scrips.. but i checked its just 200 scrips and not what u have been saying.. can u provide the full list of more than 1500 scrips ...

Mr viviek they made changes in m0re than 200 scrips and not 1500 as u have been saying.
And if u check the scrips they are mostly iiliquid and b2 and z group scrips which i hope u would not like to trade in , only if u have excess money and if u still wish to trade u can do it through there branch and dealing room.

I fully agree with hidden charges of 5 paise.com. I had the experience with them and closed down the a/c. in no time as it was only the alternative.

I hope You are using 5paisawala. So it is apt to put question?
The question is do you put order with Stop loss. What happen when it is triggered. Automatically it exit from the order ie. when buy order it sells at he price put as stop order vice versa. I find my stop order never executed. I am eagerly waiting for your reply to take up the matter with the 5paisawala. Please at the earliest answer my question. Also when we seriously trying to put order, software hang up or you are disconnected from quote server. Is this happening to you. Sometime when I am not seriously interested in going for short, but when i sell from my holding or the shares which I bought, It double time executed. After a day I get memo telling that I went for short. It is software error. Do you face the similar problem. If it is so, I think we have raise up the matter with India Infoline, if they are not ready to solve then we hve to represent the matter with SEBI. Your early reply is highly appreciated.
