I am been fooled by a TA who owns a website...

Hi all,

I have payed XX amount to a Guy by watching his messages on the SMSGUPSHUP.... I saw he promise huge and when i had a telephonic conversation he was fine.

Now its almost 30 days... he claims, he has send sms to me and service is over. But he is fooling me for saying so...... he has not send a single sms.... When i call him also that coward... cuts my call.

I am been ditched.

I want to suite and stop him doing this to other....

I know i cant get my money back.

Can anyone help me to file a case against him and make him realise what he is doing.

cheating aside, is your number part of do-not-call registry?

if yes, that TA may have sent sms and you many not have received it.

TA may be using some software to broadcast sms to his clients and such services have some restriction.

try to solve this confusion.

If all else is ok and this TA has taken you for a ride - accept your loss and share the persons name and website to warn others. Web is a powerful tool. the moment a complaint/negative review is posted, it is likely to end up in google search results - and you'd probably have saved someone falling into the same trap as you.

Who takes sms recommendations from some stranger like that ?

someone just claiming to be TA does not mean he is!

Sending money over to an unknown person is never a good way......

I KNOW MANY TA from this forum and other than this forum who try their best to give to the client....

atleast they work hard to save the client capital and work to get some net profit on a monthly basis, but this ZUBIN MODY is a clever theif

Don't hid information of that guy, because that way you will keep open road to some other innocent trader to fool by him. I request you to post his link and anything you know about him. Rest will be taken care.

One thing more, Something is going on to kick @ass of that kinda guys. Yes, Its India so may take sometime. And not only for this kind of cheating, but for some smart cheating too . Peoples understands what I mean.
